arrival and departure policy

Check In: 12 P.M. noon

Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night

Check Out: 12 P.M. noon

Late check outs are available on request and subject to availability

adult and child policy

	We will not honor any request for a Deluxe Room to be shared by more than one adult. No children are allowed in a Deluxe Room.
	We will not honor any request for a Deluxe Double and/or Superior to be shared by more than two adults. Children can share with parents with certain restrictions, as mentioned below.
	We will not honor any request for a Mini Suite and/or a Premium Suite to be shared by more than three adults. Children can share with parents with certain restrictions, as mentioned below.
	Two children up to 5 years of age can stay in the parents’ room at no additional charge. Breakfast will be free of charge for children 0-5 yrs.
	Two children over 5 but less than 12 years can stay in the parents’ room. An Additional Bed, if required, can be requested at an additional charge. Also, there will be an additional charge for Breakfast.
	One child between the ages of 12 and 25 years can stay in the parents’ room. Additional Bed, if required, can be requested at an additional charge. There will be an additional charge for Breakfast.
	Should there be more than two children; a separate room will be allocated at the parents’ applicable room rate.

	Rates are subject to 15% Luxury Tax
	All bookings must be guaranteed at time of reservation by Credit Card. All major credit cards are accepted.

cancellation policy

	Reservations confirmed can be cancelled within 48 hours of authorization free of charge.
	Reservations cancelled after the 48 hours period will carry a retention charge of one night’s stay.
	Reservations cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival to 12 P.M. noon will carry a retention charge of one night’s stay.
	Reservations cancelled after check-in will carry a 50% retention charge of the remaining reserved stay.
	Penalty charges for no-show will carry 100% retention charge.
	A reservation once cancelled is a cancelled reservation and so, any request to reinstate a cancelled reservation would be treated as a fresh request and would be subject to availability.

smoking policy

	Effective 2nd October 2008, the Government has introduced “No Smoking” legislation for hotels, restaurant and all public places. As a result, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel except in designated bedrooms where smoking is permitted.
	Should you desire a smoking bedroom, please let us know when making your reservation. We shall honor your request to reserve a smoking bedroom for you, but it is subject to availability.
